Andy has been with Allsop since joining as a graduate in 2006, becoming a partner in 2015. Spending 11 years in the Commercial National Investment team, he developed an extensive institutional client base. Since launching the build to rent team 9 years ago, he and the team have advised in projects totalling a combined value of over £3.0bn. Predominantly working with developers on both multi-family and single-family BTR, creating the vision for developments and bringing them forward to investors, Andy exploits his institutional client base to source investment partners. He specialises in development investment and funding structures, helping bring forward large scale, institutional grade projects. Working collaboratively with Allsop’s lettings and management and research teams, they offer a full circle Build to Rent advisory. Examples of his team’s recent transactions are the sale of BeckYard in Leeds, a 375 unit multi-family development on behalf of McLaren Living and advising Kennedy Wilson on one of their seed single-family housing acquisitions with their joint venture partner CPP Investments. The 102 houses at Forster Park are Stevenage being developed by Miller Homes.
